Selkirk Baptist Church drive-in service
We are planning a drive-in service on Sunday 20 th September. Brian and Jess are moving on at the end of the month and this will be a good opportunity for us to say goodbye and wish them well.
Logistics
The service will be at Rutherford Farm (Border Berries) TD5 8NP. The service will start at 10:30, but you will need to allow time to park. The car park will open at 10.00.
The service sheet is available to download here. Please download it and bring it with you. Printed copies will also be made available on site if needed.
Site Rules
There are a number of site rules that we need to follow;
Follow the directions of the stewards
You will be guided to a parking space which has a minimum 2m gap between cars
Please stay in your car except in an emergency
There are a couple of toilets if needed – stewards will help you find them
If you need any help, please use your hazard lights to attract the attention of a steward
It is acceptable to open your windows
You should only have people from one household or ‘bubble’ in your car, maximum 6 people.
It is helpful if you can pre-register here with a contact name, phone number and the registration of your car for legally required ‘Test and protect
If you simply turn up on the day, stewards will ask you for those details, but it really helps us if you can pre-register.
For those who are being given a lift to the service you will need to leave the car you will be directed to an area where you can sit. Each household will need to remain seated in this area throughout the service. Please remember to bring your own deckchair. The seating areas will be outdoors – so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Pre-Registration
For each person please send name, email address, phone number and car registration number to Christine using the form below. Where you do not have an email address please send your full street address.
